Is this an online school?
No. We provide personalized, self-paced curriculum and educational software for families. We do not enroll students in a school, issue diplomas, or award state-recognized academic credit.
Are the courses accredited?
Accreditation generally applies to schools or certain online learning institutions, not to standalone curriculum products. State availability pages explain any program-specific requirements and the exact status of each offering.
How is each course personalized?
Parents complete an onboarding questionnaire and the student completes a short diagnostic. Our teachers then personalize the course — selecting and sequencing modules, adjusting pacing, and adapting examples, practice, projects, and review — while preserving the course's standards-aligned learning objectives.
How long does it take to receive a personalized course?
72 hours. The clock starts once the parent questionnaire and the student diagnostic are both complete, and the exact delivery time is confirmed during enrollment. If a course needs longer — for example an unusual grade and subject combination — we tell you before you pay.
Can I review the course before my child starts?
Yes. Parents can review the course overview, learning plan, scope and sequence, and key materials before the student begins.
How do parents track progress?
The parent dashboard shows module completion, recent activity, quiz and assessment results, strengths, topics that need more practice, and recommended next steps.
Can I use ESA funds?
Availability varies by state and program. State pages show current provider status, offering status, purchase method, and required documentation.
Do students receive a certificate?
Students can receive a course completion record or certificate. It confirms completion of our curriculum and is not an accredited diploma, transcript, or state-recognized school credit.
